Your Journey

It’s our job to get to know you as an individual, from your current fitness levels and lifestyle to what you want to achieve. From there we will work with you on a one-on-one basis for the first 4 weeks, delivering a bespoke health plan just for you. This could include a hybrid package of group classes, nutrition and personal training or just one of them, it really depends on what you want and need. After your first month, we will continue to do personalised check-ins every 3 months to make sure you feel confident and are achieving your goals!

It’s one of the main reasons our members stick around for years and serves as constant motivation, because when you make fitness fun you’re more likely to be consistent! You’ll soon make friends and become a member of our warm and welcoming community, whether that’s on the gym floor or at one of our regular socials.

The Team

Expertise and empathy are the two top characteristics we nurture in our coaching staff. All of our team members are knowledgable, experienced and specialised within their field, from nutrition to injury rehab, as well as excellent coaches, who are able to motivate, educate & communicate with all clients regardless of their ability or experience.

The Facility

We’re known to be one of the best equipped gyms in the county, and regularly invest in upgrading the kit and amenities to ensure our members are receiving a world-class service. From an InBody Scanner to new Watson weight machines, Gym66 will always be at the forefront of innovation and design, with 6000 square feet of space to enjoy, changing rooms and parking to top it all off.

The Workouts

Improve your all-round fitness game with a balance of strength and cardiovascular training in our group classes. They are programmed over 4-week blocks to ensure you’re progressing and will last 1 hour hitting your full body, so you know you’re getting bang for your buck! Personal Training clients will receive bespoke programmes tailored to their specific goals, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain or sport-specific such as marathon training. When it comes to training, we have you covered.
